Lyndall Bruce (Milenkovic)
Senior Regional Vice President
Lyndall has over 27 years’ experience in Emergency Management and has established three companies in her Emergency Management Career since 1992. Lyndall has extensive experience in developing risk, safety, emergency and contingency management programs, procedures, and training packages, and has also been involved in four Olympics and three Commonwealth Games.

A court and tribunal recognised expert and with a strategic and systematic approach to security and business continuity management, Scott has over 27 years’ experience across the gamut of the security, safety, and risk industry. Scott sits on numerous International Security related councils to ensure he stays abreast of world best practise in his field of expertise which directly translates into improved outcomes for his clients.
Assistant Regional Vice President – Young Professionals
Garrhett is the security project manager for a major power utility company and started his career in operational security over 20 years ago. Garrhett’s role as ARVP Young Professionals means he works with all Australian State Chapters to help support local young professional board members in developing our future security leaders.
Assistant Regional Vice President-Digital & Technology
Ben advises Australian Government organisations on protecting their information. His main focus is physical security for information, but also consults on technical surveillance countermeasures, security risk management, policies and procedures, security awareness and training, security culture, and non-cyber information security.

As a respected Security and Risk Management Specialist with a career spanning more than 28 years, Kathy is known for her ability to grasp complex security issues in any field, comprehensively mitigate risk, manage issues that arise on-the-spot, and deliver safe outcomes. In 2015, Kathy was honoured to be presented with the Australian Security Medal in Canberra by The Hon. Philip Ruddock.

Rinske is a multi-award winning, internationally known consultant, speaker and certified Business Continuity & Risk Management trainer. Rinske is the founder, MD and principal consultant/trainer at Business As Usual. Rinske holds many certifications in her field and most recently was awarded Australian Business Woman of the Year 2010-13 by BPW and Risk Consultant of the Year 2017 (Australasia) by RMIA.

Robbie Sinclair makes life easier for Chief Executives who have issues with risk management, physical and virtual security. He is an internationally respected and experienced risk, physical and cyber Security, business continuity, crisis management, and governance leader across multiple sectors. He has served on a number of senior boards and committees in Public Sector and Private Institutions as well as NFP boards.

Shane is sought after as a business focused, risk proficient, and trusted adviser to Australia’s most successful blue chip organisations.
Assistant Regional Vice President – Learning & Certification
Experienced Security Professional with a demonstrated history in operations, leadership, project management, risk management, planning and consulting over the past 16 years. Daniel is well versed in the strategies and principles to identify and manage risks in the physical security domain across all levels and market sectors, and a generalist in security design engineering, construction and commissioning.

Chapter Chairperson (NSW)
With over 20 years’ experience, Eddie is highly regarded as a specialist within the convention, exhibition, and live event sectors. Eddie is the director of Vital Risk Services Group and is an Accredited Venue Manager (AVM), a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), and a member of the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM).
Rachell DeLuca F.ISRM
Chapter Chairperson (VIC)
Rachell is Security & Risk Specialist with 23 years industry experience. Rachel is currently the Chief Security Officer at Department of Parliamentary Services. Rachell is passionate about the security industry and is involved with numerous peak bodies, including ASIS International as a means to support other security professionals and drive improvements and outcomes for industry issues.
Dr Kevin J. Foster CPEng NER
Chapter Chairperson (WA)
Dr. Kevin J. Foster is a risk analyst and electronics engineer with a MA degree in security risk analysis and a PhD in risk management. He is a former Adjunct Associate Professor of Risk Management and Security at Edith Cowan University and retired Technical Director of Risk Management and Security at Aurecon.
Chapter Chairperson (ACT)
Peter is a Canberra based Senior Security Consultant with AECOM. He has over 23 years expertise in electronic integrated security, access control and CCTV systems. Peter is a SCEC approved Zone Consultant and his expertise covers design and project management of integrated electronic systems developed around the principles of security risk management.

Gordon is a multi-skilled, results-driven Protection and Security Specialist with exceptional Risk Management capability. Offering extensive experience gained in onshore, offshore and international resources sectors (Oil/Gas/Petrochemicals) and infrastructure owners, Gordon has delivered asset security and contingency preparedness. As a Manager/Principal Advisor, Gordon has successfully set the strategic direction for significant operations across government and corporate entities of up to $15b AUS in value.
